The Professor studies...Thailand - Omkoi, Chiang Mai - Medium roast - 222 gr.

$25.00

This coffee taste like passionfruit and sugarcane and was roasted to a medium roast to accent bring some caramel to the cane.

We were so happy to visit our bud Wish Junprasert on our most recent trip to Thailand. We’ve been working with Wish for 3 years through the Q Project Thailand. He is a passionate learner with a heart of gold, a beautiful farm, and great coffee.

A little about the farm - Save Omkoi Forest & Traditional Coffee (SOFT) is located in the remote southwestern area of Chiang Mai. Coffee plantations in this area help maintain fertility of the soil and forest. SOFT's main objective is to provide a vital mechanism to help conserve watershed forests in the area.
