This coffee taste like passionfruit and sugarcane and was roasted to a medium roast to accent bring some caramel to the cane.

A little about the farm - Save Omkoi Forest & Traditional Coffee (SOFT) is located in the remote southwestern area of Chiang Mai. Coffee plantations in this area help maintain fertility of the soil and forest. SOFT's main objective is to provide a vital mechanism to help conserve watershed forests in the area.
